The system has been designed to track the status of the files submitted Office of Registrar of AMU. Currently the files submitted to Academic Section can be tracked and soon it will be extended to other sections.
To track the file, individuals are requested to mention their employee ID on their letters / forms etc along next to Dispatch no. while Chairmen / Deans / Centres etc should write internal telephone number of the Office concerned.
The highlights of the system are as follows:
- The user must Register first to the System to set his/her user name and password. It s a One Time Process only.
- The password can be changed later on, if needed. It will require Employee ID and Email ID of the user.
- Please click the above link to Register if you are the first time user.
- Please contact the System Administrator if System refuses to accept your Registration.
- Please Login to the system to know the status of your file(s).
